Contact and Fees

For private cases, Dr. Bundrick charges $400 per hour. Required travel may be charged at an hourly rate of $200. Dr. Bundrick keeps detailed logs of the time spent on each case, counted in ten minute increments, rounded down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case. Dr. Bundrick only works for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Retainers must be paid upfront. Retainers will be refunded (less time already spent on the case) if notification that her services are no longer needed is received fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled evaluation. A written report of Dr. Bundrick’s opinions will be provided upon request and full payment of outstanding balances.

Clients understand that payment for consultative services is not contingent upon the outcome of litigation or settlement. Clients understand that full disclosure of all pertinent information and records in the case is absolutely necessary and in the best interests of the client. Clients understand that Dr. Bundrick is associated with university based forensic psychiatry training programs in Colorado and Louisiana and may include one or more trainees in these consultative services.

Dr. Bundrick is accepting criminal and civil cases paid for by the state of Colorado, Louisiana, or Mississippi through either the public defender, district attorney, alternative defense counsel’s office, or the court at a reduced rate of $250 per hour. Please contact her for current availability for these cases. Asylum cases are pro bono and usually referred through attorneys or a system such as the Physician for Human Rights network.

Use the form below to tell Dr. Bundrick about your inquiry, and she’ll call you back to schedule an appointment. Please do not include any confidential or protected medical information in this inquiry. You may also email or call to make an appointment. General response time is one to two business days. Dr. Bundrick currently only provides forensic services, and she does not have a clinical outpatient psychiatric practice.
